There are moments when your work starts speaking louder than your words and that’s when you know it’s time to show up differently.

For years, I’ve been building systems, guiding educators, and helping districts create math programs that work. But somewhere between the policy meetings and the professional development sessions, I started hearing a quiet reminder:

“You were called to lead from the front.”

This new season isn’t just a business move. It’s a heart move.

Why Now

Because I’m no longer hiding behind the work.

The truth is, Fraser’s Mathematics Solutions (FMS) has always been more than a consulting company. It’s been a mission; one that’s now influencing district partners and national organizations shaping math education across the country.

But the more we grew, the more I felt called to bring my full self into the story — my culture, my heritage, my voice. Those are not side notes; they’re the foundation.

This moment is about alignment.It’s about allowing who I am privately to stand beside what I’ve built publicly. It’s about leading with authenticity...not perfection...and being visible in the spaces where change actually happens.

Why This Repositioning

Because leadership in math education doesn’t just need reform. It needs representation.

When I created The DOPE MATH® Educator, it wasn’t to replace FMS. It was to expand its reach; to bring the same rigor, relevance, and heart we’ve always built into classrooms, but through a voice that speaks directly to educators on the ground.

This rebrand represents the intersection of influence and impact:

• FMS continues to lead at the systems level, partnering with schools, districts, and organizations to drive instructional change.

• The DOPE MATH® Educator leads from the people level, inspiring educators to reimagine math through mindset, culture, and purpose.

This rebrand is my way of honoring that.
