I’m a LOVER of math. And I love helping people rediscover their math light. I’m an Illuminator — and because of that, I’m DOPE. I appreciate every DOPE MATH® Educator and advocate out there doing the work to ILLUMINATE.

As a math educator, textbook editor, national curriculum developer, professor, HQIM reviewer, speaker, and Founder of Fraser’s Mathematics Solutions (FMS), I empower educators, families, and students to unlock their full potential in math. With over 15 years of experience, I’ve helped hundreds of teachers and school systems create equity-driven, high-impact math experiences. I lead with excellence — and when it comes to children, “no” is not in my vocabulary.

I began as a high school math and physics teacher, where my students consistently outperformed school, district, and state averages. Within five years, I became a district Math Supervisor, where I redesigned curriculum, supported 120+ math educators across nine schools, and taught college algebra at Rutgers Newark. I also served on the inaugural New Jersey Department of Education Computer Science Advisory Board to help shape statewide policy.

Through FMS, my team of Math Illuminators has served 55+ schools, 15 districts, nearly 500 educators, and over 1,200 students nationwide through our DOPE MATH® Institutes and Culture Programs.

I’ve co-authored national math guidance with Student Achievement Partners, contributed to the Humanizing Mathematics PK-5 series with Open Up Resources, and created tools like the DOPE MATH® Notebook to build confidence in students and families.

My mission? To expand the DOPE MATH® movement — building student-centered math experiences while helping educators sharpen their skillset and lead boldly.
